About
Amy Koenig is a photo-based artist from South Florida, currently living in Bristol, UK.
Before moving to Bristol, Amy was working as a Photography Tech at a Florida University, where she developed a love of teaching and instructing students in all areas of photography. She believes that it’s never too late to learn something new or to improve upon a skill.
Being a practicing artist for over 10 years, Amy believes that new artists who are excited and eager to learn are one of her main sources of motivation and inspiration to keep making new work.
Amy received her Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Photography from Florida Atlantic University in 2015, and recently finished her Master of Arts degree in Photography from the University of the West of England, Bristol.
